This is a gentle, beginners stretch, strength & balance class for all abilities.
~Yoga mat or large towel
~Water - it's important to stay hydrated!
~Yoga strap, bathrobe belt, similar
~Wear comfortable clothing, but not too loose
Members may bring a guest.
Free to all, but donations are welcome for upkeep on the event space!
